Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Homeland Stay, we understand that plans may change. Below are our cancellation guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

Cancellation 30 days or more before check-in date/time:

  • Guests will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation between 15 and 29 days from the check-in date/time:

  • Guests will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation 14 days or less before check-in date/time:

  • No refund will be issued.
  • The full booking amount will be forfeited.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing by emailing home@thehomelandstay.com
  • The cancellation will take effect on the date we receive the written notification from the guest for cancellation of their booking.

Booking Modifications:

  • If you need to change your booking dates, please contact us on home@thehomelandstay.com
  • All changes are subject to availability, and we may have to treat your request as a cancellation old booking and accordingly refund the amount calculated. The rate for your new dates will apply if the change is possible.

Early Check-In , Check-out or Late Check-out:

  • Early Check-in or late check-out are subject to availability & incur additional cost.
  • Early Check-out or reducing the reservation period, refund will not be considered.

No-Shows and Cancellations:

  • If you don’t arrive for your booking on the check-in date and haven’t cancelled in advance or intimation us, we’ll consider this a no-show. In such cases, your ENTIRE booking will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process:

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within  7-10 business days to the original form of payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Our cancellation and refund policy applies exclusively to bookings made directly with us. If your reservation was placed through an agent or third-party booking platform, their respective cancellation and refund policies will be applicable. For any changes or refund requests, please contact your booking provider directly.
