1. Introduction

Welcome to The Homeland Stay! By accessing and using our website at https://www.thehomelandstay.com, as well as using our property during the booked period, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your stay.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
  • All bookings require full payment in cash or a deposit via online banking, mobile, Gpay, PayTm, Credit Card etc.
  • *Cancellation policies apply, and refunds are issued based on our cancellation policy

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 01:00 pm
  • Check-out: 10:00 am
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must respect property rules and maintain cleanliness.
  • Smoking and pets are [Allowed/Prohibited] unless explicitly permitted.

5. Liability & Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damages to the property and may be charged accordingly.
  • The Homeland Stay is not liable for lost or stolen belongings during the stay.
  • The Homeland Stay is not liable for any injury or unwanted incident (natural or man-made) that happens during the stay.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information will be used only for booking and communication purposes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Government of India – Ahmedabad. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.

*Cancellation & Refund Policy: Our cancellation and refund policy applies exclusively to bookings made directly with us. If your reservation was placed through an agent or third-party booking platform, their respective cancellation and refund policies will be applicable. For any changes or refund requests, please contact your booking provider directly.
